Thirty new graduates from Mercedes-Benz's expanded industrial foreman training program

In December 2019, 30 employees of the Mercedes-Benz factory in Kecskemét received the German-Hungarian certification after completing the third year of training for industrial foremen organized by the company and the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

As a result of the partnership between the company and the Chamber, a well-functioning foreman training could be brought to life. The innovation of this school year was that not only the appointed supervisors could participate in the training, but the factory also involved the supervisor candidate coworkers (participants in the Foreman Trainee Program) who are currently preparing for the supervisor duties. So far, almost 70 employees have successfully completed the training in the last period.

The certificates were handed over on 10 December 2019 by Mária Borosné Huber, Managing Director of the German-Hungarian Knowledge Center, and Uwe Oentrich, HR Director of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft.
